Appartement wurde zur Eincheckzeit storniert
Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Kurzurlaub gefreut. Als wir angekommen bin betätigte ich die Klingel mehrmals, ohne Erfolg. Nach einiger Zeit, es war inzwischen nach 18:00, kam eine Familie, die ebenfalls dort kurz vor uns ankamen und sagte uns Sie hätte einen Zugangscode per E-Mail, Kur vor dem Einchecken gesendetbekommen. Also nahm ich mein Handy zur Hand und bekam direkt einen Schock. Ich bekam die Meldung von Paypal, das Geld ist zurückgebucht. Dann kam die Nachricht vom Vermieter mit der Storno, ohne Grund. Wir machten uns also auf die Suche um den Vermieter zur Rede zu stellen. Ohne Erfolg. Also suchten wie im Internet nach der Servicenummer von Fewo-direkt. Die bestätigten uns die Storno ohne Grund.
Wir bekamen dann über einen sehr netten Mitarbeiter von Fewo, der sich wirklich sehr bemühte, Ein kostenloses Hotelzimmer für zwei Nächte. Wir bekamen auch Hilfe beim Suchen für eine neue Unterkunft Angeboten. Leider war da so kurzfristig nichts adäquates zu finden. Abschließend kann ich nur sehr positiv über Fewo bewerten, dieser Vermieter sollte jedoch aus dem Portal geschmissen werden.

Logement très agréable et bien pensé
Un logement parfaitement équipé, dans un joli village. Boulangerie et supermarché à proximité. Extérieur agréable avec bains de soleil et jacuzzi. Literie confortable, sauf au niveau du protège matelas qui devrait être dans une matière plus respirante. Belle salle de bains, seul le rideau de douche est un peu court.
