Excellent large clean immaculate room with plenty of tea coffee biscuits etc on clean tray. Clean kettle and cups. Excellent large immaculate bathroom with towels and hand and shower liquid soaps. Bed and bedding clean and comfortable.we had a large dog who was welcomed in all public areas which enabled us to have a great holiday. Large selection of choices at breakfast and at the bar.***** .

Staff weren't warm or welcoming at all during breakfast, felt like I was a hinderance more than a welcomed and paying guest. Someone from the staff let themselves into my room whilst I was in bed. The room was okay and I had parking at the back when I arrived although it was rammed when I got back after being out. Friendlier and warmer staff would make all the difference.
