Poor experience

Hotel were not aware of our booking. We're initially told the hotel is full on arrival, then got a room. Room was not clean nor was it cleaned during our stay. Hot water in the shower is not sufficient for one person alone. This was a major issue for the family as the tap water were really cold. Staff is also not friendly at all.

The hotel has an inconvenient back side entrance. The beds, pillows and covers where cheap and so uncomfortable. The TV was not working, and even though I complained to management, it was not fixed.
