Big mistake, don't do it!

Arrived, booked the family suite room. They said they had probelms and my room was unavailable and there was no more rooms available. They transfered me across town to another one of their hotels. The room was lesser quality, hair in the sink, used soap in the bathroom, somking room, I didnt ask for a smoking room. The room was old and poor quailty. Turns out they gave my original room to a wedding party, how very unprofessional and scam like behavior. Dont stay with this hotel group. They are not a serious business.
