Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There are 2 main staff, the night shift staff was so rude snd not cooperating. The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. The cleaning is a big issue, they do not change sheets till you ask for it. The floor is dirty and the buffet area smells bad all the time. We spent the first night in a lower class room than what we paid for. No extra pillows and no hot water kettle so we had to buy one on the first night. Although we paid extra when we booked for a king bed with sea view we found two single beds city view on low floor, so we complained and the rude staff immediately asked as to cancel instead of finding our room that we actually booked. The location is very good though as it is accessible to main attractions and good restaurants.
