Hotel in Old Town

I believe that you can find a better hotel in the Old Town for the same price. The location is good but the equipment is rather old, the breakfast is poor.

They don't use hotels.com

When we arrived, there was no room ready for us because this hotel did not know about hotels.com. We had to show them the booking confirmation and even a bank statement before they agreed not to double charge us. The room was not ready when we arrived and it was never cleaned during our three-night stay. One bed didn't have linen. The room lacked many of the facilities described on hotels.com, e.g. a fridge, safety box, "daily cleaning" and a seating area. Staff was however nice and spoke English acceptably. Breakfast was good. The hotel's location was excellent, right in the old town.
