There is private land between our property and the national forest. Hiking from our back yard into the forest would be trespassing and is prohibited.

Don't hesitate to book this property. Consider yourself lucky if you are able to stay here. Our group is beyond grateful for the opportunity and it was the highlight of our trip to Colorado. Brian was the best, with great communication and southern charm. We would all fly back to Colorado just to stay here again! Best place I have ever stayed in vacation!
