Facing south with a breathtaking view of the Esterel, exclusive rental of a property with two stone masets, swimming pool and outbuildings on a plot of 750 m². (see plan in the photos).
- A 60 m² maset (Le Chêne) comprising two rooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom and toilet with the possibility of sleeping 2 to 4 people.
- A 35 m² maset (Jasmin) for 2 people including a bedroom, shower room, wc and a living room.
The property is further equipped with:
• a private swimming pool of 7 x 3.5 (heated in medium and high season) secured by alarm, prof. from 0.9m to 1.5m
• a pool house with summer kitchen, pizza oven and outdoor shower (with hot water)
• a playground (petanque and badminton) and an outbuilding housing a laundry room.
• Several terraces equipped with garden furniture
The property is covered by a free wifi hot spot, Le maset Le Chêne has a television offering the programs of "canalsat the integral" and a fireplace to enhance the cooler evenings. Both masets are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
