There are two bedrooms separated by a partition, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two bunk beds (90 cm), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and separate toilets. Quiet, bright, and central, it’s ideal for spa guests, visitors, or outdoor sports enthusiasts.



The apartment is 20 m from the Luchon Casino, 50 m from the Allées d’Etigny (the town center), 200 m from the cable cars to the Superbagnères ski resort, 600 m from the thermal baths and wellness center, 600 m from tennis courts, and 900 m from the golf course. Stroll along the Allées d’Etigny to admire the Belle Époque villas and 19th-century hotels inspired by Pyrenean style. You’ll also find many shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a market. Shuttle service to the thermal baths and, in winter, to the Peyragudes ski resort.



Many sports activities are available: walks around Lake Badech, horseback riding (equestrian center), fishing, fitness trails, paragliding, climbing, downhill mountain biking, canoeing, rafting, paintball, hiking (Lac d’Oô and d’Espingo, Hospice de France, Pic du Perdiguère), skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledding—fun for all ages. Paragliding or gliding offers a bird’s-eye view of the valley. Spain is 8 km away, the Aran Park or the Posets-Maladeta Natural Park 20 minutes away, and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, one of France’s most beautiful villages, is 32 km away.
