A estadia era para um casamento. Pedimos um quarto com 3 camas de solteiro e nos colocaram em um quarto com bom espaço, porém o banheiro minúsculo (diferente da foto daqui do banheiro desse quarto) e sem nenhum espelho no quarto, e o do banheiro muito pequeno. Nos arrumaríamos para o casamento no hotel então isso era um problema. Falamos com a recepção e conseguimos trocar para outro quarto da mesma categoria, esse sim tinha o banheiro bem maior como na foto do site e o espelho do banheiro era maior, mas mesmo assim no quarto não tinha nenhum, acho que vale o investimento de colocarem. De qualquer forma, resolvemos o problema, pessoal foi atencioso. No dia da saída nos atrasamos para o check out e não tivemos problema também. Voltaríamos.

Boa localização. Bom atendimento. Grande dificuldade para check out. 25 minutos, tempo muito elevado em um hotel que estão todos a serviço. Atendente informou que o site da prefeitura era lento, mas demais pessoas na fila disseram que é sempre assim e que eles sempre colocam a culpa no site. 25 minutos para o check out, mas para o café da manhã você só tem 20 minutos. O sistema de computação é muito empirico, demorado para fechar uma conta, sugiro que adotem um processo mais integrado, que agilize e facilite ao funcionário encerrar uma hospedagem. A iluminaçãodo Soldento do apartamento acaba por incomodarm quem deseja dormir um pouco mais pela manhã, o black out não retém a luminosidade pelas laterais da cortina.

Chuveiro elétrico (pouca água e não esquenta direito), cobertores de solteiro em quarto de casal, sem secador no quarto (pedi um secador e não tinha), travesseiros muito ruins, roupa de cama nem parece de hotel e toalhas de banho super finas e velhas, para o Café da manhã precisa marcar horário e fecha cedo (10:30hs), estacionamento é pago (15,00).

Hotel bom, precisam ter atenção na limpeza

Bom hotel, atendentes muito simpáticos e prestativos, muito bom! Quartos standard simples mas confortáveis, o que me deixou decepcionado foi a limpeza do banheiro do quarto onde ficamos, muito mal feita, acabamos não reclamando porque estávamos bastante cansados, mas devem melhorar esse aspecto.
