Es gab überhaupt keine Sauna, Wellness Bereich ist jetzt Abstellkammer geworden! Es gibt kein Personal, nur Kommunikation über WhatsApp?! Die Wände sind so dünn, dass man alles aus den Nachbarzimmern hören kann. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten.

Unser Zimmer war bezüglich der Ausstattung des Zimmers für einen Kurzaufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Das Bad war zwar nicht renoviert, aber wir hatten keinen Grund, irgendetwas zu beanstanden. Die Schlüsselvergabe über die Schlüsseltresore funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Kleines aber feines Zimmer. Gemütlich mit Balkon und Kühlschrank. Ausgegelichenes Frühstück Wilan hat nicht immer so gut funktioniert und es kam fast nur kaltes Wasser beim Duschen

Haben Doppelzimmer gebucht und schon im Voraus bezahlt. Als wir um 20.00 Uhr total müde ankamen hiess es, es wäre nur ein Einzelzimmer frei. So übernachteten wir halt zusammen in einem Bett. Ob der Fehler an ebookrs oder am Hotel lag weiss ich nicht.

Paid twice?

Great hotel. Paid on Hotels.com and then again at the hotel who maintained that they had no booking. Hotel not responding to Hotel.com and Hotel.com not willing to refund my booking. So it looks like I'm stuck in the middle between Hotels.com and Alpenrose and out my money. Lesson learned. Will be sourcing hotels somewhere else from now on!

Wie der Name es sagt: "Wohlfühlhotel"!!!

Das Hotel liegt an einer kleinen, ruhigen Seitenstraße unweit der Fußgängerzone bzw. des Kur- und Stadtparkes. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sauber und gut eingerichtet und das Frühstück frisch und vielseitig. Die Eierspeisen wurden frisch zubereitet und die gekochten Eier sogar mit lustigen Gesichtern verziert. Wir kommen gern wieder.
