This cozy and spacious accommodation on the ground floor offers a living room with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms one of them with TV, 1 bathroom and a guest toilet and can accommodate 5 people. On-site amenities include WiFi with a workstation for working from home, a dishwasher, a coffee machine for either pods or filter coffee and a selection of children's books and toys. A baby crib can be provided for a fee. The highlight of this apartment is the large conservatory and the garden with 2 sunny furnished terraces, surrounded by meadow and flowering shrubs, for exclusive use and access to the river Enz.
