Wir waren mit 14 Personen für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung, dafür war es okay. Einen längeren Aufenthalt mit so vielen Personen ist nicht zu empfehlen, ebenso wenn man etwas Privatsphäre haben möchte, da nur 2 schlafzimmer richtige Türen haben und es keine rückzugsmöglichkeit gibt.

Wenn man keine Ansprüche hat dann okay

Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit wird dort nicht sehr groß geschrieben. In jedem Raum sind die Möbel einfach nur zusammen geschustert. Nichts passt richtig zusammen und erweckt den Eindruck, dass die Sachen die nicht mehr gebraucht werden dort hingestellt werden. In jeder Ecke sind Spinnen und Spinnweben. In der Küche funktionieren die Herdplatten nicht und im Bad ist die Wandverkleidung nicht richtig fest. Wenn man einen Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen will, reist man die halbe Verkleidung von der Wand. Der Keller wo Billardplatte usw. stehen, ist von Sauberkeit auch sehr weit entfernt. Alles in allem kann man mit einem Lappen und ein bisschen Liebe zum Detail, die Wohnungen um einiges Gemütlicher und sauberer machen. Mein Fazit: Wer keine Ansprüche hat und es nicht stört mit Spinnen in einem Raum zu schlafen oder wenn Spinnen im Küchenschrank auf Tellern umher krabbeln, für den ist diese Wohnung genau das Richtige. Für alle anderen, die nur ein kleines bisschen Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit haben möchten, Finger weg von dieser Wohnung.

Gute Lage

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt in Ordnung. Leider gibt es keinen Geschirrspüler. Bei einer größeren Gruppe ist dieser Umstand nicht optimal. Die Lage ist ist sehr gut, ruhig am Waldrand mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Es war unkompliziert und ein gelungernes WE

Er war in einer landschaftlich schönen Umgebung, die jedoch wirtschaftlich schwächelte. Minigolfanlage Waldhotel mit Cafe und Bäckerei vor Ort waren geschlossen. Der schöne Waldgrillplatz war geschlossen, weil er vom örtlichen Verein genutzt wurde.

tolles entspanntes Wochenende

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, die Organisation hat super geklappt und die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft. Die Wohnungen sind zwar eher einfach eingerichtet, aber insgesamt war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben und so hatten wir mit den vielen Leuten auch keine Angst, was kaputt zu machen. Gerne wieder!

Gemeinsames Wochenende mit Familie und Freunden

Wir haben ein gemeinsames Wochenende mit Familie und Freunden verbracht (insgesamt 8 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder). Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig, dennoch gibt es genügend Möglichkeit die Freizeit zu gestalten (Spielplatz fußläufig erreichbar, zahlreiche Wanderwege, Ausflug nach Bad Sachsa etc.). Alles in allem, es war ein sehr schönes gemeinsames Wochenende

Sehr netter Vermieter und sehr gute Lage

Da die Wohnungen erst vor Kurzem vom jetzigen Vermieter übernommen wurden, müssen noch ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen und Käufe für Küchenutensilien getätigt werden. Außerdem haben wir WLAN und eine Spülmaschine vermisst, aber zum Feiern war die Wohnung absolut ausreichend. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr nett. Gerne wieder.
