Die Fußgängerzone mit Kurpark/Gradierwerk, Kurmittelhaus der Moderne, Bahnhof, verschiedenen Restaurants bzw. Geschäften und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus bietet die Nutzung einer Münz-Waschmaschine bzw. Münztrockners im Keller. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz steht für Sie bereit. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und über einen Lift erreichbar. Ideal für zwei Personen und nah am Stadtkern
Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, auch in der Küche. Auf dem Balkon haben wir gefrühstückt und abends länger gesessen. Toll, dass TG-Platz dazu gehört, aber auch alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Edeka, dm) fußläufig erreichbar sind.

Für einen kürzeren Urlaub ist da Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gut.
Die Ausstattung ist für einen längeren Urlaub zu gering.
Vor allem, wenn man aus Gesundheitsgründen die Mahlzeiten
täglich selber kochen muß.
