Unser Haus befindet sich inmitten des ruhigen und idyllischen Stadtteils Marzoll. Ein Bäcker ist ca. 150m vom Haus entfernt, desweiteren befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle direkt neben der Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist im Besitz einer großen Spiele- und Büchersammlung. Marzoll verfügt über ein wundervolles Schloss, mit alter, prachtvoll ausgestatteter Kirche. Auch das Naturschutzgebiet ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Im Sommer lädt das nahegelegene Freibad zum Baden ein, auch der Sport darf an dieser Stelle nicht zu kurz kommen: Ein Tennisplatz sowie ein Golf- und Spielplatz liegen nur knappe 10 Minuten des Hauses entfenrt. Zum Wandern und Radfahren ist der Ort dank den gut ausgebauten Wegnetzes bestens geeignet !

Vermieter sind sehr freundlich! Die Lage ist schön ruhig und dennoch ist man schnell in den Städten - Bad Reichenhall und Salzburg. Was wichtig wäre ist, dass das WLAN leider nur im Esszimmer in Ordnung ist. Und der Garten von Hunden nicht benutzt werden darf. In der Hausordnung steht, dass die Wohnung besenrein verlassen werden sollte. Aber wenn man etwas benötigt sind die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit 🤗 Zu unserem Hochzeitstag gab es sogar ein Geschenk. Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Die Ferienwohnung war wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Die Lage war super, ideal zum wandern und Fahrrad fahren. Für uns optimal da wir mit Hunf gereist sind.

Schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung in zentraler und ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Was wir besonders hervorheben möchten, ist die ausgesprochen gute Sauberkeit der Wohnung. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, was Ausflüge in sämtliche Richtungen erleichtert. Auch bei einem Urlaub mit Regentagen bietet die Umgebung viele Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder. LG Nico und Jana

Traumurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb von Bad Reichenhall. Mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt. Sehr gepflegt und gemütlich. Nach erlebnisreichen Ausflügen haben wir am Abend die Ruhe der Umgebung genossen. Auch in der Nähe gab es ein paar wunderschöne Spazierwege, die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft. Wir können die Wohnung und die Urlaubsregion nur weiterempfehlen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sympathisch und wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder:-)
