Accor Hotels - accommodation in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

Breakfast was amazing and the hotel had interesting restaurants and piano bar, The only issue was the temperature of our bedroom that could not be controlled. It was often too hot.

Don't recommend. First you have to check in BEFORE you can park in the garage. Which means first I had look for street parking, then walk to the Hotel. It may not sound like that big a deal, but the Hotel is located next to a concert hall. So good luck finding street parking. Next they never cleaned room. House keeping literally skipped my room for the two nights I was there. The breakfast was also not very good. It was very small with little selection. It is in a nice location, next to the water and the rooftop bar was nice too. Otherwise, it is hard to recommend.

We were given an upgrade and the room was very nice, although the cost was very high at £180+ , which we assumed was due to the time of year. It was part of an 8 day trip which included 5 hotels and this was almost double the cost of the other, good quality hotels. The hotel and amenities are excellent and I would have awarded a higher rating for the ambience……however we were very disappointed with the set meal at £69 per head. We had invited my husbands mother to join us and felt that it wasn’t value for money. The bar was suffering from staff sickness and service was slow…..but the head barman was very good and apologetic for any inconvenience. Overall a very nice hotel, but expensive.
