Your retreat is a charming tower house spread over three floors. After six months of renovation, it now combines the character of a historic building with modern comforts. Two sun terraces invite you to linger, and your own parking space right outside the door makes arrival easy.



On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. One floor up is the bedroom with direct access to the small sun terrace. Three steps lead you to the bright living room with a sofa bed, work area, and access to the garden terrace.



Both terraces offer sunny spots for relaxing outdoors. The quiet location of the house guarantees relaxation, while still being only a few minutes' walk from the city center and City Outlet.



The nature of the Eifel awaits you all year round with wonderful cycling and hiking trails right on your doorstep. The Nürburgring is only 30 minutes away and offers action for the whole family.
