Comfortable and central apartment for 4 people, a stone's throw from the Sankt Kathrein thermal baths, and only a 5 minute walk from the slopes, on the second and top floor. Living room with balcony, kitchen (with dishwasher and oven), a double bedroom and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower. Ski deposit and shared laundry, outdoor parking. Deposit € 200 in cash at check-in. Tourist tax € 3.30 per adult / night to be paid in cash at check-in. Guests cannot organize events that disturb the neighborhood. Cleaning of cutlery, fridge, oven. etc…. and waste disposal is not included in the final cleaning (any additional charge € 60 at check-out). You can buy ski passes from us (including cards with special offers such as e.g. "Family Euro" and "Ski-Wellness"), and the Kärnten Card in summer.
