Guest Access:
During your stay you will have the entire studio at your disposal, including your own bathroom. There are no shared rooms, except for the entrance area.

The Neighbourhood:
Our apartments are located in Bad Kissingen, a spa town known for its beautiful parks, thermal baths, and recreational opportunities. The city is situated in a picturesque landscape, surrounded by gentle hills and wooded valleys.

A highlight is the Kurpark, which is considered one of the most beautiful parks in Germany. Here you can take a leisurely stroll, rest on one of the many benches, or participate in one of the many events such as concerts or festivals.

Another highlight is the KissSalis Therme, which offers a wide range of thermal baths, saunas, and wellness treatments. Here you can relax and leave the stresses of everyday life behind.

For nature lovers, there are many opportunities to explore the surrounding area, such as the Bavarian Rhön Nature Park. There you will find numerous hiking and cycling trails that lead through breathtaking landscapes.

Bad Kissingen also offers many cultural attractions, such as the historic Kurtheater or the Rosengarten Museum. It is a city that has something to offer for every taste and is a wonderful place to escape everyday stress and relax.

Getting around:
Our accommodation in Bad Kissingen is excellently connected to public transportation. The "Theresienstraße" bus stop is just a 1-minute walk away, and the "Berliner Platz" stop can be reached in 6 minutes on foot. The Bad Kissingen train station is about 1 km away and offers regular regional train connections. Additionally, there are several taxi companies available, providing a convenient way to get around the city.


Other things to note:
Prior to check-in, a digital check-in form must be completed for all arriving guests. This is mandatory. The security deposit is 200€.

The entrance area is monitored by cameras.

In addition to the accommodation price, a tourist tax of €3.90 per guest per night is due. This will be charged after the booking. In return, you will receive a guest card with many discounts and additional services.
