Herzlich willkommen auf dem Unterulpointhof   Auf unserem Naturlandhof mit Milchvieh und Obstanbau bieten wir Erholung und Ruhe in schönster Natur. Unser biologisch bewirtschafteter Grünlandhof liegt am Ortsrand von Litzldorf, direkt am Fuße des Sulzbergs, mit herrlicher Sicht in das Inntal und seinen Bergen. Bestens gepflegte Badeanlagen sowie herrliche Badeseen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auf einem gut ausgebauten Rad- und Wandernetz ist es traumhaft das Inntal mit seiner Umgebung zu erkunden. Sportbegeisterte erreiche mit dem Mountainbike die bestens erschlossene Almen und Bergwirtschaften. Natürlich kann man auf unserer Liegewiese relaxen und das Treiben auf unserem Hof beobachten. Kinder können den Spielplatz, Tretfahrzeuge, Berg-Gokart, Tischtennis benutzen und jede Menge interessantes rund um den Hof mit unseren Tieren erleben. Im Haupthaus stehen Ihnen zwei Ferienwohnunge mit jeweils zwei Schlafzimmern zur Verfügung. Im neuerbauten Ferienhaus sind zwei weitere exclusiv ausgestattete Ferienwohnungen mit zwei Schlafzimmern, Spülmaschine, Internetanschluß, Balkon und Terrasse. Wir bieten Ihnen unsere landwirtschaftlichen Erzeugnisse frisch und naturbelassen an. Aus dem eigenen Obst von unseren Streuobstwiesen erzeugen wir prämierte Obstbrände und Liköre sowie Obstsäfte aus der eigenen Kelterei. Unsere Bienen liefern uns Honig den wir als reines gesundes Naturprodukt anbieten. Wir bemühen uns, unseren Gästen ein Ambiente zu schaffen das die Ferien auf einem oberbayrischen Bauernhof zu einem erholsames Erlebnis macht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist top ausgestattet und sauber. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Ein Bilderbuch Landleben.Man hat seine ruhe und erreicht trotzdem viele Attraktionen innerhalb von max. 30 Minuten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und stets ansprechbar. Wir können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Hier fühlt man sich wie zuhause

Einfach toll! Super schöne, große und saubere Ferienwohnung mit Gartenanschluss. Haben die abgelegene Lage rund um mit Kühen, Hofkatze und tollem Drumherum genossen. Innerhalb von 10 Autominuten ist man beim Edeka und bei zahlreichen Restaurants. Die Hof-Familie ist super nett. Alles top!

Wunderbarer Bauernhof Urlaub

Sehr ruhig gelegener Bauernhof mit einer schönen Ferienwohnung. Wunderbarer Blick auf die Berge. Ausgezeichneter selbstgemachter Honig, leckere Marmeladen und Säfte. Perfekt für die Familie mit Kinder. Meiner Tochter (3) hat es sehr gut gefallen.
