Stayed here July 10/23. Prior to booking, I checked accessibility as my mom has limited mobility and requires a walker. Upon arrival, elevator was not in service and had not been for a while. This info should’ve been changed on the site. They did change our room from 3rd floor to 2nd, which still posed difficulty for my mom, but I did appreciate it. The rooms are old, bathroom has mold, A/C was noisy, and Wi-Fi was nonexistent (apparently, that was down as well), dirty floors, some garbage left by previous occupants, curtains were filthy, windows were smeared, walls are dirty & thin. I don’t expect much, just a clean simple room. The price was above average for this city. Although the staff was good, I would not recommend staying here if any of the above is a concern for you when staying in a hotel.

The hotel is in downtown part of the city. Not far from shopping malls and the Ceres Bus Terminal. The restaurant’s food was good. Staff are excellent. Room is okay, nothing posh but it’s clean. It’s right for the price we paid per night.
