The staffs were very helpfully especially Miss Thuy is very enthusiasm to help us. Thank you Thuy. The hotel is a little bit old-fashioned but very classic. We love it.

Somewhat dated a large hotel near the beach

The palace is a huge hotel two minutes walk from the beach. Parking is free and secure at street level next to the hotel. Hotel was mostly quiet during our stay but some music at night nearby Didn’tbother us. Balcony in the Spacious room with a comfortable bed. We located within walking distance to sunset, restaurants and beach strip, coffee, shops, restaurants, stores, etc..

The hotel has seen better days but it is clean, safe and everything is serviced and maintained. What makes this place are the staff, very polite, friendly and helpful. The laundry here is returned on the same day, exceptional. I would gladly return to this hotel.

The balcony was a very big communal garden with benches and tables with a sea view which made the experience amazing. The hotel was very clean. I could not fault. The staff and cleaners were very friendly also.

The location was great for me, close access to ferry and limousine bus picks you up at the door, taxis at door. Staff were very helpful and obliging. Room was neat and clean and bed was great (firm not hard). Laundry service was available and affordable.

The Palace Hotel has the most amazing staff. This hotel offers a great breakfast buffet to start your day and is steps away from the ocean, parks and adult entertainment. I enjoy my stay at the palace because of the front desk staff and incredible manager.
