Fantastic hotel with excellent customer service! All the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The facilities were spotless, well-maintained and kept to a very high standard. A special mention to the Sky Bar staff, who were amazing, enthusiastic and made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

The hotel was great, the staff was very helpful with any requests we had. They arranged a car to and from the airport and offered us lots of options for tours and things to do.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Oriental Jade Hotel. We booked two corner rooms, which were clean and comfortable, although the views from the fifth floor were not particularly impressive. The highlight of our stay was the excellent service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We truly appreciated the hospitality and felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The location is fantastic — just steps from Hoàn Kiếm Lake and many of Hanoi’s main attractions, with shopping and plenty of restaurants only a few blocks away. The breakfast buffet could be improved, particularly with more variety and better-quality cheese and cold cuts to accompany the bread selection. The eggs also need some attention; both days our eggs were overcooked, suggesting the kitchen could benefit from some additional training. Overall, what stood out most was the wonderful service and friendly staff. The location is hard to beat, and we would happily consider staying here again.
