Air-conditioned studio of 30m2, accommodating 3 people, located in the Domaine de l'Anse Caritan with its beautiful garden planted with various flowers, plants and tropical trees.
Features a covered terrace with beautiful sea views, an air brewer lighting the ceiling and to improve your comfort, an electric shutter (installed in October 2019) complete this space and allows to create an additional room , especially in the evening.
A small closed kitchen, accessible from the terrace, renovated in October 2019, is completely equipped.
The bathroom consists of a shower, a sink, a toilet, and also has a hairdryer.
The residence has a private and secure parking.
A small beach is 200m from the apartment, as well as water games (fee), children's paradise, two restaurants, a pizzeria and laundry (fee). It is also the starting point of a hiking trail "La Trace des Caps".
Finally, the studio is close to the center of Sainte-Anne with its daily market, shops, restaurants and near the most beautiful beaches of South Martinique: Salines, Anse Meunier, Pointe Marin (Club Med).
