The room had a very great view, the staff that met us at the lobby was very nice and helpful as well as accommodating. The only reason I put 3 stars is because the bathroom smell was just terrible. Smelled like urine and I am not sure if it’s just the piping or what. But this is not the first time we stayed in Berjaya Times. I hope they will fix it for future stays.

The location was excellent. Unit is a little worn but generally good. Need to disinfect as there’s a buy in the toilet. Also some minor repair is required in the toilet area

Scam apartments run by agents AVOID!

This is probably the worst stay I have had and would not recommend to anyone. I usually travel on my own, as a single woman, thankfully not this time and would not recommend as you would be very vulnerable. This is run by foreign agents who immediately try to scam you out of money. Luckily my partner refused and they didn't push the matter I think due to his height. All the agents were trying to get our mobile numbers and were refusing to leave the room until we gave it to them. We just were adamant that we wouldn't and had to throw them out. The room itself was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy and in a state of disrepair. We couldn't sit on any of the furniture due to the state of it. Luckily we had taken our own towels as these were black and ripped. The towel mat was just a towel ripped in two. The toilet had not been flushed. We tried to complain to the management and were told that these agents are just bad, and scammers and that we could stay somewhere else, luxury for what we had paid for the night and we shouldn't stay here with these agents!

Excellent 👍👍👍👍 Comfortable for sleeping and rest one night stay. Kuala Lumpur famous point near Bukit Bintang, pavilion also KLCC . The largest shopping mall .The host is a good person and helpful person.We love it tq so much,see you again if come to visit Kuala Lumpur

WORST EXP NO CONCIERGE NO TRUSTING STAFF!

IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. THE HOTEL REP BY THE NAME OF JAHANGIR RELEASE OUR PAID STAY OVER TO OTHER RESIDENTS! HOTELS.COM STAFF WAS NOT EVEN HELPFUL AND I AM STRANDED WITH MY 2 PARENTS AND MY 2 CHILDREN WITH NO ALTERNATIVES. HE DID NOT GIVE SOLUTION AND HOTELS.COM TOOK SO LONG TO VERIFY WHETHER OUR CASE IS GENUINE. HORRIBLE AND I DONT TRUST THIS RESIDENCE STAY!
