There was a fly in our room which was irritating. I was coming down with bronchitis and wanted to isolate myself from other guests. When my husband requested dinner for me to take back to our room he was refused without any real reason given. Incredible view from our room of the mountains with snow covered top.

We were travelling with a family member, who uses a standard sized wheelchair. We had called the property at the time we made the booking to ensure that there would be no problems. Upon arrival, we found that the disabled room was not on the ground floor and that the elevator is so small it does not accommodate a regular wheelchair, only the hotel's tiny transfer chair. The room was also cramped. We had to find alternative accommodation, did not use the rooms, returned the keys by 10pm that day. This was quite upsetting for our family member. The hotel then charged us for not just one but two nights fees for both rooms, claiming that Expedia had authorized these excessive charges. My husband spoke to the manageress about these punitive costs before leaving Lourdes (he speaks French). Bottom line: this hotel should not claim that it is suitable for wheelchair users.

I enjoyed my stay here for the following reasons: Staff members Claudia and Tess made our stay for 3 nites memorable. We had to use an assessable wheel chair that was stored safely every nite. We were greeted friendly every morning and evening, The entire hotel staff were marvelous! I would recommend staying here for your Lourdes experience!!!

No hot water in the morning. I had to call the reception desk and waited 15 minutes for the front desk to turn on the hot water to our room. The milk provided at breakfast curdled when I poured it into my tea.

The best locality, in front of the railway station Lourdes. Beautiful exterior and interior. On summer beautiful garden. Clean accomodation. Very lovely styled rooms. I would like to stay there again.

Very convenient if you want to stay close to the train station. We took the bus to get to Lady of Lourdes church. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and good for three people. Enjoyed our stay.

Property was good but I was not informed how to check in after 11pm when the hotel was close. A Good Samaritan helped us by calling someone in the back in French until we got hold of a staff over the phone.

For beginners. Lady who was at reception was extremely rude. Very unwelcoming… The room i reserved wasnt available. The energy was just very unwelcoming. I was charged an extra 70$ fee to upgrade to the only room they had a available. Paid cash and never saw that on the receipt in the morning. Overall wish i spent my hard earned money elsewhere.
