15 km from Tours, very large independent gîte, in an old 18th century farmhouse, fully restored (2 km from the town and Val de Cher). Ground floor: magnificent living room 80 m², kitchen, 1st, 2nd, 3rd bedrooms (double bed each), shower room, toilet. Wifi. Upstairs: 4th bedroom (double bed), 5th bedroom (3 single beds), shower room/toilet. Electric heating (extra charge). 1500 m² garden in orchard (parking for 4 cars). 2nd garden 900 m² enclosed in lawn, pergola terrace (swing, outdoor games on request, 5 sun loungers). Gîte with beautiful antique furniture. Baby bed + high chair. Tel. téléséjour. Firewood (€60/stere). Located between Tours and Chenonceaux, but also close to Amboise and its Royal Castle, this cottage offers quick access to the major tourist sites of the Loire Valley and Touraine, making it an ideal place for a holiday or weekend in Touraine. Loire Valley castles, vineyards, hot air balloon flights, walks along the La Loire à Vélo route, this will be the rich cocktail of activities during your stay... unless relaxation and rest are one of the main objectives of your visit to Touraine. You will then also be totally in harmony with the environment of the cottage, and we already wish you a very good relaxing stay here!
