It was a disappointing stay. The building is old which is understandable given its location. The rooms are large enough and relatively clean. However the facility is poorly resourced and equipped. The bed was uncomfortable, the furnishing was poor. The TV set was with very small and old. The bathroom was not in the best condition and there were lack of toiletries. There was no bottled water provided. The major disappointment was the breakfast with limited range and extremely small serves. Only positive was staff member Rosa who attended every possible task. I would definitely avoid staying there in the future would not recommend it. s.

Konumu harika. Tuvalette havalandırmayı açtığımız an gelen pis koku haricinde gayet iyi bir otel. 3. Kata internet problemi yaşanıyor çekmiyor bu da çözülürse gayet iyi olacaktır.Otel sahipleri oldukça anlayışlı ve iyi insanlar.

İletişim sorunluydu

Sezon başlangıcında gittiğimiz için aksilikler olduğunun bilincinde olsak da, eğer henüz hazır değilse açılmaması gerekirdi otelin. Gece girişte anahtarın bize verilmemesi, anahtarın söylenen şekilde bize ulaştırılmaması nedeniyle dışarıda beklemek zorunda kaldık. Ve bu yaşanan mağduriyet adına bir özür dilenmedi. Ödeme konusunda da çözüm odaklı davranılmayıp yine bize yaşatılan mağduriyet adına bir özür dilenmedi. İletişim konusunda kendisini geliştirmesi gereken işletmeye sahip bir yer. Konum olarak çok iyiydi. Geri kalan özellikler fiyat performans açısından yeterliyken, iletişimde sınıfta kaldı.

Nous avons réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer, on nous a donné une au premier étage, ce n'était pas cela. On nous a proposé une au deuxième, cela correspondait aux photos de notre réservation. Heureusement que celle-ci était libre, mais pas nettoyée. Nous avons attendu une heure. Personnel agréable.

Aile Oteli

Kaldığımız süre içinde herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. Temiz bir otel. Fiyat-performans dengesi iyi. Şehrin içinde. Sahilde yürüyüş, restoranlarda yemek seçenekleri var. Sahil akşamları canlı ama yıldırıcı kalabalık yok. Kahvaltı yeterli. Roza hanım ve otel sahibi Cansel hanım size müşteri değil misafir muamelesi yapıyor. Otelin 10 km uzaklıkta çok temiz bir plajı var. Plaj otel müşterilerine ücretsiz ancak ağaç gölgeleri çevreden gelen daimi müşteriler için biraz ayrıcalıklı:) İstanbul'a yakın olduğu için bundan sonra da gitmeyi düşünüyoruz. Arkadaşlarıma da tavsiye ettim.
