Accomodation needs refurbishment

The house is set in a beautiful mountain area. But the small house is full of old furniture and an old kitchen. There is no WiFi. The house has a lot of potential, but needs refurbishment if the interior.

Great environment in a house that provides in all your basic needs

We enjoyed our time very much in Sylvenoire. It’s a perfect place to spend your holidays and enjoy the calm and view of the mountains.

Very nice and quiet place to relax and hike

We stayed in Kate's house for one week with 4 adults, 2 kids. The house matches very well the description, it is neat and cozy and offers everything you need. With only a handful of houses in the village, the surroundings are very quiet and it is the perfect place to relax. We used the garden intensively and drinking a morning coffee or dining with view of the Mont Blanc is simply amazing. Kate is a perfect host who took very good care, responded quickly and helped with other bookings and sightseeing ideas. Cogne is not far to shop and eat out, hikes can be started even from the house. Thanks a lot Kate, we will see to come back!
