Stunning four bedroom villa in Ayia Napa!

Welcome to Villa Nissi Pearl 2 in Ayia Napa, for a private and intimate experience!

The villa consists of two levels, where the elegant and luxury décor of the villa is adorned with beautiful colours and modern furnishings. In the open plan living and dining area, you can spend a relaxing time with family and friends. On this level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a singles air- conditioned bedroom as well as a separated guest WC with shower.

The stairs lead you to three tastefully decorated, air-conditioned bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and two double beds combining a range of delightful touches and comforting features. The bedrooms are sharing the same sea view balcony overlooking the deep blue of the Mediterranean Sea. The family bathroom located on the same floor offers a shower and there is also an ensuite shower.

The outdoor area provides a spacious deck with sunbeds and sun lounges, surrounding the tempting crystal clear waters of the pool. A BBQ is available for dinning al fresco at the elegant outdoor dining area.

Villa Nissi Pearl 2 is the ideal location for couples, families, and friends. It is located in the prime Ayia Napa area, just few steps from a scenic beach and walking distance to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and other amenities.

Great location walking distance to the beach

Fantastic Location with just a short walk to the beach restaurants and shops . Communication throughout the process was also fantastic & helpful. House is very spacious and has everything you need for stay. The only slight downside to the villa is I think the house about four or five doors along maybe a dog kennels and there’s constant barking all day and night of dogs. Obviously, this isn’t the fault of the Villa owner, but when you’re trying to relax, can be a bit annoying. Well worth a stay at this property and excellent value for money.
