Stunning contemporary chalet in Anzère with unbelievable views of the mountains.

Chalet Alpage is only a 5 minute walk from the Anzère village ski centre and the new Spa and Wellness centre. There are numerous pubs and restaurants and a good supermarket in the village centre.

The main ski lift gondola station is accessed by a free bus service which runs every 15 minutes, with the bus stop opposite only around 50m away, at the entrance road to the chalet. There are also regular bus services to Sion.

Accommodation in the chalet consists of 5 bedrooms (2 doubles, 3 twins) sleeping up to 10 people, each with en-suite shower rooms. All bedrooms have south facing balconies with stunning views. The chalet provides bright, spacious, contemporary living accommodation with real wood flooring, underfloor heating and large glass frontage windows, which maximise the stunning views of the Valaisan Alps. The living areas include relaxing leather sofas, a log burning fire, Flat screen TV, and free WiFi access throughout the chalet. The kitchen has a marble topped island unit, double eye level ovens with integrated microwave and grill, tall fridge freezer and a Bosch dishwasher. Situated directly off the kitchen area there is an open plan dining area. The layout is perfect for sociable cooking and entertaining. Parking is available at the chalet door, with a convenient car port at the entrance.

In summer, there is a large sunny terrace for sunbathing and BBQs accessed directly from the dining area. Alpine activities in the summer include climbing, hiking, biking, paragliding, golf, tennis , Wellness spa and much more.

There are many marked hiking trails locally, with all ability levels catered for. Gentle walks along the vineyards, or there are steeper and longer challenges further up the mountains. It is possible to start multi-day trips in the mountains, staying in catered huts. An experienced guide is recommended.

For downhill mountain bike enthusiasts, the ski gondola opens for access to the downhill trails. Downhill biking VTT competitions usually happen during the summer. Information is available from the Tourist Office.

Tennis is available at the public tennis courts. There are 3 courts available. They are not usually too busy, but best to book with the club.

For golfers, Crans Montana is a championship course only 25 minutes drive away. Sion and the Valais region also have many other great golf courses. Having the use of a car is recommended if you are coming for the golf.

After a hard day's skiing or hiking, Chalet Alpage also has a large outside Jacuzzi for 6, which allows you to relax, unwind and enjoy the incredible alpine views. Its good for the muscles and the soul!

Our chalet is perfect for skiing in the winter and alpinist activities in the spring, summer and autumn.

Fantastic house, wonderful view

The house is lovely for small or large groups. The showers are clean and powerful, beds comfy. The views are fantastic. We played tennis every day using the Anzere pass and did a lot of walking. Thank you!

Family Summer Vacation

Chalet Alpage is as good as the photos suggest! The space inside is amazing with the magnificent views. The kitchen is great, the dining area leading on to an outside decking area perfect for afternoon / evening sunshine and bbqs if you wish and the lounge area is a perfect socialable space to chill, watch tv, play games or just admire the views! All the rooms are a good size with great ensuites os there is no arguing for usage (and with a guest we just in case)! The outside space is great both for human activity and canine family members with the jacuzzi close by to ease aching limbs. The location was great for us too: slightly away from the centre (but not far) and close to a very nice restaurant (Hotel du Poste) that also provides a takeaway of its full menu. We also new nothing of Anzere but we were very happy with what it provided both in amenities and things to do. We would happily come back to Anzere and chalet Alpage as even with all rooms occupied, there would be space for all and a great holiday for all 👍 Ps Carol (the owner) was also very helpful before the stay with advice, feedback etc. And in fact during it !

Top chalet avec veu magnifique et jardin

Yes Nous sommes passés une semaine très agréable à Anzère dans le chalet Alpage. C’est chalet est spacieux, contemporain et propre avec une vue magnifique sur un vaste paysage de montagne. Il peut accommoder 2 familles (5 chambres à coucher avec WC et douche) luminous salon avec cheminée, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Il y a aussi hot tub pour se reposer et jardin pour jouer avec les enfants. Les propriétaires répondent très rapidement à toute question. Nous allons retourner au chalet Alpage.

Fabulous summer mountain holiday in Anzere

We had a fabulous time. The chalet is lovely and spacious with spectacular views and a good location , and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Anzere. Anzere has lots of varied activities to suit all ages and the Valais is a perfect place to spend a summer mountain holiday!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche im Chalet. Ich war noch nie in einem so gut ausgestattetem Ferienhaus. Sogar ein Messerschärfer war vorhanden. Wir können das Chalet absolut weiterempfehlen. Der Ausblick aus dem Chalet ist traumhaft. Vielen vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious chalet. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The location is ideal for both skiing (a shuttle bus to the slopes just 50 meters away) and hiking, . Communication with the host was excellent, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Très beau séjour. Il faut juste être conscient qu’il y a beaucoup d’escaliers dans le chalet… Chalet magnifique et tout près de l’arrêt de bus donc très pratique.On a tous adoré le jacuzzi. Après une journée de ski c’est que du bonheur!Les propriétaires sont super. Merci à eux.

Fantastic Xmas holiday with the family

We had a fantastic stay in this chalet. We were three families (10 people and a dog). The chalet is very well-equipped and conveniently located very near a shuttle stop that takes you to the cable car. We were very lucky with the weather and the snow, which fell in abundance.

We had a great stay at chalet Alpage. The chalet is well equipped- nothing missed (only towels for bathroom and kitchen could be more available for one week and the windows could be cleaner). The contact with Carol was very good - she could answer any question we had. Thanks!

delightful stay at chalet alpage

Our party of eight had a wonderful stay at this beautiful chalet. Not only is it situated in a nice and peaceful area but it is also very close to the centre of the village and to Sion. You will find everything you need there! We loved the adjoint bathrooms to each bedroom, the open living area and the balconies with a breathtaking view over the swiss mountains! And of course we spent a lot of hours in the jacuzzi, where we surprisingly all fit! It was simply marvelous! Thank you again Carol and Lloyd for helping us out when we needed it and for giving us all the tips you did. Hope to stay at your chalet another time! All the best from Giulia and Co.!

Das Chalet Alpage hält genau was es Verspricht oder noch besser. Das Chalet ist wunderbar gelegen mit einer Traum Aussicht. Auch die Zimmer, alle mit Blick auf die Berge. Wohnzimmer und Küche sehr Grosszügig. Und der Inhaber Carol und Lloyd Garvie sehr nett! Einzig was gefehlt hat ist eine Schneeschaufel und Streusalz. Das müsste eigentlich in einem Wintersport Ort ein muss sein. Aber es hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen! Peter
