The top floor has chic new windows and a large modern arch mirror to maximize light in the dining room, kitchen, and living room. The kitchen has been upgraded to have stainless steel appliances with a stylish geometric backsplash. The large granite countertops offer supplementary modern barstool seating in addition to the dining room table directly behind. Underneath the eclectic hanging light fixture is the six-seat dining table. The surrounding décor and exposed beams elevate the coastal cottage appeal. This top level has two bedrooms. The king-size main bedroom on the top level has one of the best views in the house. Pool heat cannot be purchased from mid-June to mid-September.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.
