SOUNDSIDE Avon - Leslie Ln. - Nestled on a quiet sound side street, TROPICANA CABANA, a three-bedroom/two-bath home, is perfectly poised for the Hatteras Island vacationer desiring to be near the action. Placed within easy access of shopping, fishing, beaching and more, you’ll love the simplicity of this recently renovated island retreat, and how easy it is for everyone in your family to instantly discover their happy place.

TROPICANA CABANA is perfect for families who can’t imagine vacationing without their dogs (up to two allowed) and love the thought of fishing off the world-famous Avon Fishing Pier which is conveniently close by. If your catch is dinner-worthy, there’s a fish-cleaning station under the house and gas grill to cook it up for a feast. Pack some games to play with on the spacious back lawn and plan on spending time relaxing in the brand new six-person hot tub. The best way to end the day is with a cool rinse-off under the stars in the outdoor shower.

Enjoy the ease of one-level living, where three bedrooms share the upper level with the home’s open living space. There’s a master queen bedroom with a private bath and two other queen bedrooms that share a full hallway bath. All the bedrooms feature 40-inch Smart TVs. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen, adjoining four-seat dining table and picnic table located on the adjacent deck make feeding the family a breeze. Great House!

Another great OBX stay is in the books! The house was very clean, on a quiet street, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is awesome, and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. You can easily walk to a few nearby restaurants and shops! We would stay at the Tropicana Cabana again!

It was a quaint cottage near the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. The deck and hot tub was really nice. We enjoyed our stay, we had kayaks with us and had plenty of room under the house to store them with nearby water access.

S or S did a great job cleaning and preparing the home. If you do not mind a home with very dated bathrooms, kitchen and furniture this place will work. It is in a good Avon location with easy access to shops/restaurants etc.

Very clean , slight hike to the ocean. Very quiet neighborhood definitely more residential. The house is super cute, however it is unsettling how much the house sways and moves when you walk. But over all great stay

Wonderful traditional beach cottage. Remote check-in, check-out was convenient, and cottage was clean when we arrived. Great location. Quality appliances in well-stocked kitchen. TVs worked, and remotes were easy to operate. Fish cleaning table down below was excellent, with a functional hose. Great deck with Weber gas grill, hose, and substantial beach chairs. Surf or Sound property management was in touch often, and responded to questions quickly. We're looking forward to staying here again.

Great house and location

The house was exactly as advertised online. We arrived to a very clean house. The neighborhood was very, very quiet and we were surprised to see that almost, if not all the houses on the street were locals and not rental houses. The property manager was awesome, she texted us to welcome us and was also very quick to help when we lost our door code and got locked out. I would not hesitate to stay here again. The kitchen was well stocked, bed was very comfortable, as was the living room furniture. A++++

kitchen was not adequately equipped (pots/pans, no tea towels. Washer and dryer are stacked, you needed to be over 5feet 5 inches to reach controls for dryer, photos are misleading in regard to condition of furniture. LOL bathroom mirror was so high i could not see at all ..
