Wonderful, but make sure you know the hotel fee

It was clean, nice, the amenities were great, access to the gondola and ski valet made it so easy! It way cheaper than getting a hotel room for a night through the Westin ! I was a little bummed when I got there to hear that there was a 60 a day resort fee as well as a 75 one time arrival fee. But when I went and looked back at the VRBO listing, it was in there.

We had an amazing time at this resort. The room is a bit larger than we expected from the pictures which was a great surprise. Comfortable king sized bed. Ski valet with gondola access at the resort is great plus you can ski all the way back at the end of the day without having to take a shuttle. There are tons of great restaurants in Edwards - be sure to check out what else is around. The hotel food is fine but also pretty expensive.

Location is the best for a ski vacation

I worked in property management for years in Beaver Creek; we lived in the Vail Valley for 22 years. So I’m very familiar with ski rentals and what they can be like. Although this location is amazing for easy access to the gondola and convenient ski valet, this unit needs some updating and love. It’s pretty beat up and needs some care and refreshing. Lots of kicks on the walls and baseboards. The bedding is not the super soft Westin heavenly bedding you’d hope for. Most of the electrical outlets don’t work, phone chargers are outdated, decor has become dated and drab, bathroom fan did not work, sleeper sofa less than comfortable and no comforter for it. For the price we paid, we felt super squished with 2 adults and 1 small child + ski gear. I’ve seen and managed much better rentals in this price category, but location is everything and we love staying at the Westin for all its great amenities and easy access to the mountain.

Location and room was great. Loved the easy access to the spa and the fitness, as well as the live music in the lobby every night. Charlie was very helpful and responsive as well. I recommend this unit to others!
