Great House and Location

Family and dogs had a grest time. Only issue was the house wasn't cleaned well prior to arrival. We had to vacuum to get the crumbs that were on floor amd bar area. Other then that, the house and location was great.

Great stay!

We had a fabulous time at this rental. This is our fifth time renting a house in OBX, and this is our favorite by far. Good layout, plenty of room to spread out, and clean. We appreciated the outdoor fenced areas for our pup, and the kids appreciated that there was hot water at the outside shower. Be aware the beach access closest to the house (next door), has a very steep dune down to the beach. It wasn’t an issue for us, but one of the steeper dunes I’ve seen. Our one small issue was that there was a huge storm on our final full day and two of the top windows began to leak, dripping down into the dining room and living room. I called to report this and they were very prompt and friendly, coming over to address it. I don’t fault the rental for this, as it was a crazy storm with strong winds and pounding rain for over 24 hours. I only mention it to point out how quick and friendly they were responding to issues. We will definitely stay here again!
