Less than ideal. A window A/C unit which ran most the nigh, right next to the bed. Also drapes had to be left open for A/C to cool room, which left light in at sun rise 6:10am.

Unfortunately, air conditioning was inadequate. Window conditioning was loud and kept us awake all night during this heat wave. Hotel officials were aware of this inadequacy and are hopeful for improvement with central air

Everything was fine except one TV remote inoperable hence question pre-stay checking. Also first morning breakfast all coffee containers either empty or close enough for more that half a cup of coffee.

Staff were wonderful, especially the girl at the front desk during the week, friendly and helpful. Parking at the hotel leaves a bit to be desired, spaces are very narrow.

The area is very nice, the rooms are very clean. The staff were all wonderful. We absolutely loved Lucia. She was helpful and answered all questions wonderfully. She has a fantastic personality and made us feel welcome.

Lucia was incredible and a warm welcome to the hotel. She was incredibly friendly and helpful with questions. With kids, this set up was incredible. The kitchen area made it easy to feed little ones and manage bedtimes.

Front desk at check in was unfriendly though efficient. They should have also asked if I was willing to accept an "accesible" room which I generally find inconvenient and not set up well for people with bad backs. Food was mediocre especially compared to another hotel in the same category where I stayed on my last trip.
