OCEANFRONT Avon- Kinnakeet Shores VISTA lives up to its name with amazing ocean views from its two levels of wraparound decks and multiple bedroom decks with ample Adirondack furniture for relaxing and gathering with friends and family. The first level of this spacious oceanfront home has four bedrooms and two full baths. the second level offers a spacious open great room with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Your group will enjoy the home theater system with 46” TV, surround sound. The large kitchen is equipped for your needs with center island, breakfast bar seating and two refrigerators. Sit down for meals at the dining table seating 10 with spectacular views. The third level master bedroom suite offers a panoramic oceanview and a cozy sitting area for relaxing. The fourth level bonus loft room has a double futon and an ocean view that you can see for miles. VISTA is tastefully decorated with your comfort and needs in mind. Make your dreams turn into treasured memories.

New for 2024: Relax in the great room in front of the brand new 75" TV.

Vista #6 What a lovely beachfront home. It was very spacious and clean. It had everything that we needed and wanted. The only problem that we had was getting on to the beach. The access from the house to the beach was a very steep incline. This caused a couple of my guess to have to walk down to the public beach access to get on the beach. I would not recommend this house if you have any knee issues because you would not be able to get up on the beach from the house.

Loved this Home!

We had a great time here on vacation. The home was very clean and it’s kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect being right in the beach, but it was also so easy to get to stores and restaurants; you can even walk or bike if you didn’t want to drive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Extremely upset with Home Away

I always rent via Home Away and to my surprised, this time you charged me a $500 booking fee. I thought that it was a deposit. I was extremely upset. I sent you an email but never received a response back. This will be the last time that I use your services and if I need a house for my next travel, I will go directly with a real estate agency.
