Very good quiet location (bus stop and convenience store nearby), excellent hot tub, bedroom arrangement fit our group well, duplex layout was great (no noise from next door), kitchen furnishings and W/D were good, super outdoor gas grill, ample parking (the slope of the driveway was a bit dicey one day, our giant SUV didn't fit in the garage), some days the water heater couldn't keep up with our group of 6 shower schedule.
