Great Family Castle Peak Ski Home

Prepare your family to pack their skis and snowboards and head to Colorado for a family adventure! This ski vacation home is the perfect place to spend quality time together and create lasting memories! With easy access to a community shuttle to the slopes and the shared community pool and hot tub for a relaxing soak after an incredible day on the mountain!
Upon arrival, everyone will settle in and relax with three spacious levels, each having plenty of room to spread out. The layout of the newly renovated home is ideal for entertaining:

- Main entry level has the 2-car garage (with a 240V, level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger), mud/laundry room, gourmet kitchen for the culinary-inclined guests, spacious countertops, modern Miele appliances, ample cookware and equipment, dining room (seats up to 8), 4 barstools located at the kitchen breakfast island, living room is outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace and a Smart TV with a sound bar, half bath, and main floor master with king bed and full ensuite with double vanity, standing tub and steam shower. This floor has access to the walkout back patio with gas line grill, patio set and fire table for guest use.

-Upper level has a loft sitting area with full office desk and equipment and two bedrooms-1 with king bed and other with 2 twins which can convert to a king upon request which share a jack-n-jill full bathroom with standing shower.

-Lower Level has a large family room with gas fireplace and Smart TV for gathering or separation. Two more bedrooms-1 junior master with a king bed and full ensuite with double vanity and standing shower and the 5th bedroom has a queen bed with full ensuite with double vanity, standing tub and shower.

Beautiful home. Recent upgrades were quite obvious. Although initially unavailable the community hit tub was quite nice and very convenient. Snow conditions were outstanding. Tricia was WONDERFUL!
