Welcome to Grand Banks #123! Located just steps across the street from a boardwalk to the beach, this four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath beach home offers spectacular ocean views, spacious rooms, and a large great room perfect for entertaining your whole group.
Two bedrooms on the first level of Grand Banks have sliding glass doors to a deck. All have TVs and connected bathrooms.
The upstairs great room is perfect for the whole family to eat, relax, and have fun together. The kitchen is well-equipped with tools, appliances, and dishware to prepare your favorite meals. There is a breakfast bar and a dining room table. The wet bar, large TV, and access to the ocean-view sundeck make this an easy place to entertain your party throughout the week.
The 'Sandpiper Nest' extension was made by converting the screened porch into a lovely bonus room. The room's amenities include a 48-inch smart TV with a DVD player.
You'll find a hot tub on the first level deck and a propane grill on the top deck for cookouts in Grand Banks style. High-speed WiFi, a washer and dryer, USB outlets on both floors and an outdoor shower are just a few additional conveniences that will help make your stay as relaxing as possible.
