Water sports lovers will flock to Breezy Point, a fantastic home on the sound with 330 feet of waterfront access to one of Avon's premier windsurfing spots.
This home features charming furnishings and decor throughout, from the spacious kitchen and breakfast bar to the waterfront living and dining areas. A second living area features a TV, a VCR, a DVD player, and extra elbow room for a little relaxation. All in all, there are six TVs, two VCRs, two DVD players, six CD players, and free high-speed WiFi for your laptop.
The biggest attraction, of course, is the water, and Breezy Point is surrounded by sound views in every direction. The large lot and the private dock provide ample space for rigging and de-rigging kiteboarding and windsurfing equipment, and there's a lockable storage area available nearby. Everyone will love the stunning sunsets over the Pamlico Sound, best enjoyed from the breezy decks.
