Beautiful 4 Bedroom Home with Panoramic Mountain Views
This spacious 4 bedroom home is located in Avon's mountainside neighborhood of Wildridge and available for a long term rental. Upon entry, the soaring vaulted ceilings of the great room, tremendous custom windows trimmed in alder woodwork, beautiful hardwood floors, and the native rock gas fireplace create an inviting feeling of comfort and luxury. The floor to ceiling windows bring the panoramic mountain views into the home. A chef's kitchen has a large island, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, gas cooktop, stainless appliances, wine fridge, and office nook. There is a spacious deck off the kitchen for entertaining complete with an extra large grill. The door to the attached heated 2 car garage is also off the kitchen area. A main floor primary suite features the second gas fire place, king bed, spacious bathroom with steam shower and soaker tub. On the lower level there are 2 more bedrooms with queen beds and the 4th bedroom has 2 captain's bunkbeds. A flex space could be a perfect spot for an office. The media room with reclining seats and massive flat screen opens up to the backyard and hot tub.
