It is neat & clean, provides a combination living room/sleeping area (2 queen sized beds; one sofa bed & one Murphy bed) w/ a large closet & new a/c unit. There is a full bath w/ shower - in tub, a well equipped compact kitchen w/ stove & microwave, & sunny south facing windows w/ ocean views. Rental incl., one assigned off street parking spot & access to bldg's common laundry. Available in June for $1000/wk (4 week min) & 8/1 - 9/5 for $5500. Rates incl. all util., wifi, 2 bikes, 3 beach badges & 2 pool badges (good 6/18-9/5). Also available as winter rental @ $1300/mo. No smoking or pets please.
