The holiday home 'Villa Eden' is located on the border between Avola and Syracuse and impresses guests with its view of the sea. 'Villa Eden' is an apartment in a villa next to one of the most beautiful beaches of eastern Sicily and near the nature reserve of Cavagrande. The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a private bathroom, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The living room with the kitchen is an open space, where there is also a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The second main bathroom has a shower.

Heureusement que le logement était bien placé parce que nous avons été très déçu de l'appartement, la terrasse était salle, nous avions les pieds noirs de marcher dessus, pas de clim dans les chambres, les volets qui ferment à moitié, le lit parapluie que j'avais demandé était dans le débarras, le coin de jeux pour enfant était complètement à l'abandon même mon fils a eu peur de monter dans le trampoline. La personne que j'ai eu au téléphone pour arriver dans le logement m'a donné les instructions au dernier moment, pas un mot d'anglais, pas les codes wifi en arrivant. Louer un logement ce n'est pas seulement laisser les clefs sur la porte, c'est inadmissible de voler les touristes de cette manière.

Terrible house
When we arrived in february we needed to start the heaters, but they did not function. The AC was broken. A gas oven was placed there. But we counldn't start it. We contacted the owner. He did send an instruction video, but still we could not get the heater on. And it leaked so much gas, that we had to move outside. Due to the gas leakage and very cold rooms, we deiced to leave immediately, There were many bags of garbage outside the house, and inside it was dirty and unpleasant.
