Excellente prestation

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison pendant 2 semaines (4 personnes : 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 10 et 3 ans). La communication avec le propriétaire s'est faite de façon à ce que tout se passe bien dès notre arrivée. Merci pour l'accueil avec les très bons gâteaux aux amandes ! La maison est située en sortie d'Avola dans un quartier très calme (voiture indispensable) proche de la mer (5 mn à pied de la plage). Le grand jardin fermé est idéal pour permettre aux enfants de jouer en toute sécurité. La petite piscine convient pour se rafraîchir et aussi adaptée pour de jeunes enfants (toboggan, balançoire et hamac ont beaucoup plu à nos 2 enfants). L'équipement de la maison est aussi ce qu'on attend d'une location : bonne literie, matériel récent (TV), linge de toilette. Un transat déjà endommagé n'a pas résisté à notre passage et s'est transformé en simple siège ! En résumé, nous avons passé de supers vacances dans cette jolie région (à visiter Noto et Syracuse !). Davvero soddisfacente

Situata in un punto strategico, decisamente accogliente e corredata di ogni comodità persino in giardino, tra l'altro molto spazioso. Siamo stati a nostro agio per una settimana e potremo anche pensare di ritornare tra qualche anno. Il sig. Sessa si è rivelato da subito molto disponibile e preciso nella descrizione dell'abitazione e ad eventuali richieste specifiche ed ha provveduto ad accompagnarci direttamente presso la villetta dandoci appuntamento appena fuori il paesino.

La plage à proximité n''est pas trés propre. Propriétaire accueillant et discret. Mais globalement, location assez chère par rapport aux prestations proposées."

"ECCELLENTE!! Che dire se non eccellente? I proprietari, gentilissimi, mai invadenti. Arrivati in tarda serata, abbiamo trovato biscotti per la colazione, latte di mandorla, vino , limoni, mandorle ed una confezione di squisiti biscotti artigianali...un accoglienza esemplare. Il posto è realmente vicino al mare, ma si necessita di un veicolo per raggiungere gli innumerevoli posti che consigliamo vivamente di visitare. Dalle città come Catania, Siracusa Noto, all''Etna che ci ha stupiti con la sua maestosità, a tuttte le spiagge che non hanno nulla da invidiare a quelle Caraibiche. Fabrizio, il proprietario di casa ci ha fatto anche trovare una piscina non menzionata nell''annuncio e che sopratutto i nostri figli hanno apprezzato vivamente. La casa, pulita e molto spaziosa è in una zona tranquilla,fornita di ogni cosa, dall''ombrellone per la spiaggia, al ferro da stiro con relativo asse, asciugacapelli e fornellini anti zanzare. Pochi i vicini durante il nostro soggiorno ( 26.Giugno-10 Luglio 2010 ). La disponibilità e la cordialità di tutte le persone incontrate, lasciano un ricordo indelebile di queste vacanze e sicuramente torneremo......."

Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la prossimità con la spiaggia, l'aria condizionata nella camera, la doccia fuori... Accoglienza molto simpatica di Fabrizio S. : ci ha fatto sentire come amici che arrivano a casa sua. Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles notamment grace au logement parfaitement conforme à la descrption, propre et très confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécier la proximité de la plage, l'air conditionné dans la chambre et la douche extérieure. Accueil vraiment très sympatique de Fabrizio S. qui nous a accueilli comme des amis."
