`The Lookout 3` can accommodate 6 people. This piece of heaven has never-ending views taking in the entire length of Avoca Beach, with north-easterly aspect and uninterrupted vista north to the Skillion at Terrigal.
In an ideal location, only 5 minutes walk to the beach, cafes and shops, it is the perfect place to stay all year round. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, you will have the best of both worlds- being close to the action but in a peaceful quiet location with only the noise of the waves and birds to wake you each morning.
On street level you will find the living/kitchen/dining area, leading out to a balcony overlooking the ocean, with BBQ and seating for 10 + diners. The view is magnificent! There are two bedrooms on this level (1 queen bed, the other twin singles) and the main 3-way bathroom with spa bath on this level.
The lower level encompasses a large master bedroom suite with 1 Queen bed, walk-in robe and ensuite, opening onto a large balcony with sunbeds, and again, spectacular views.
The laundry is on this lower level and direct access to the garage from there.
