Seamlessly flowing over two levels, there is an internal lift up to the bedroom areas. A short pathway leads to the sands of Avoca Beach, and filtered views can be enjoyed from the balconies and main bedroom.

The upper level has the bedrooms and two bathrooms consisting of:
Bedroom 1 a king size bed opening to a balcony with views through to the beach.
Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed.
Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed.
All bedrooms are individually air conditioned and have built-in wardrobes.

On the lower level is the well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining and living area. There is a sunny and private balcony off the living area with a retractable awning - ideal for an alfresco meal! Enjoy the huge Smart TV and WiFi. A very short stroll down the path and you are literally on the sands of Avoca Beach. There is also an outdoor shower for your comfort.
Garage parking for 1 vehicle the other can be parked in front of the garage - please don`t block access to the garage closest to the street.
