Breakfast is below average, bad location, homeless people congregating around hotel, air conditioning malfunctioned, water pressure in the shower was very low and you should wait for several min for water to become hot. Hotel double charged us for the stay and owner refused to issue a refund.

Bruno was accommodating and wore “many hats”; checked us in, bartended, recommended a good restaurant etc The room was comfortable and spacious. Up to date aside from the bath towels. Location was perfect. Would stay there again

Good overall experience

Overall a good experience. The only thing about the hotel that I did not realize: it is five stories tall. My room was on the very top floor and no elevator. If you are older or have a heavy bag, be certain you can get a room on the lower floors. The location is excellent if you are coming by train and it was a pleasant walk to tons of nice restaurants.

The hotel is located in the center but it is impossible to drive up to the hotel. You have to leave your car 300 meters away and walk to the hotel with your suitcases. There is also no elevator in the hotel. You have to carry your suitcases up to the third floor by the stairs.

Hotel is easy walk from train station. Front desk staff were courteous. Room was as expected...updated bathroom was a plus. Rooms and stairs are covered by a dirty, matted wall to wall carpet. Filthy...do not take off your shoes.

Hotel was well situated in centre of town and easy to find. Room was exceptionally small with bathroom very cramped. We opened window for air at night but got covered with mosquito bites in the morning.
