We were offered an upgrade to stay on the second floor which is the third floor if you are an American. Beware if you have large suitcases, as there are no elevators. We had to practically empty our suitcase to get the contents up the stairs. There is a washing machine/dryer combo in the community kitchen, but it takes hours to wash and dry your clothes. Don't plan on doing much laundry. We did enjoy the spaciousness of the apartment once we got settled. The location was quite convenient if you are a walker. With the limitation I described, I think it was a good value for the price, especially since we could prepare/reheat some meals in our own apartment.

Property was in a great location. Reported non functioning coffee machine in room and nothing was done about it. Electrics and wifi were hit and miss due to adapters being used in other rooms. Hook for shower head was broken as were the towel hook beside the bath. Would probably look elsewhere next time

Well it was great because you had your own apartment, however for 2 nights we had no electricity and hot water. That was a bummer. Location is in the heart of Avignon which was great. The owner was extremely attentive but no refund for the major inconvenience was noted. It was also stated in the room a free bottle of wine upon arrival which wasn’t in the room and I had to seek out for it. Would I stay again, yes but not pay that much. Cold shower and no AC HURT

We checked in at very late hours and discovered that there no light at the kitchen and the bathroom. We called to property manager and he immediately relocated us to the different apartment. The new apartment was on third floor with access to the terrace

I liked everything about this place ! At first, I was worried about finding this place from the station, but it was not hard at all ! Easy walk ! Very cozy apartment and the owner is very very nice and accommodating too. The common kitchen area is very nice. Oh, and the terrace, it was beautiful and peaceful ! I was able to see the Pope’s Palace from there and hear the birds singing all the time. This was my first time to stay in a apartment-style hotel, and this one truly met my expectations. I would love to go back to Avignon some day and I would definitely stay here again. Merci pour tous

Tres bon et très confortable séjour à l'ombre du palais pour le festival d'Avignon...a deux pas de notre théâtre préféré... a deux pas de tout en fait... la suite était super spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il fallait... la terrasse pour le café du matin et l'apéro du soir ont été les crises du gâteau...
