Fabulous stay. Accomodation was perfect. Lovely spacious room, clean and comfortable, and a great location. Central and within easy walking distance of all tourist sites. Claudia at the accommodation was so helpful in giving information and advice, even messaging us with suggestions for restaurants to visit. Her know knowledge about Aveiro and its history was fantastic. A great ambassador for the town. Highly recommended, and looking forward to returning some day soon

The place is so beautiful! Brand new and clean. Great location close to the Canal and restaurants and shops. The owners were very helpful, giving us a map with a description of a walking tour plus where all the amenities are. They made sure we were able to use the key pad and the electronic key. Amazing all around. Thank you.

Claudia e o Pedro foram excelentes anfitriões e muito prestáveis em tudo. Reservei através da Expedia e recebi uma vantagem por ser membro. Também recebi um upgrade para um andar superior, o que foi um gesto agradável. Definitivamente recomendaria este lugar em Aveiro. Fica também muito perto da estação de comboios, assim como do centro principal da cidade. Bairro seguro.

Pedro and Claudia are amazing and attentive hosts. The property is modern, spacious, very clean and quiet. The location is excellent, right across from the river and close to the hest shopping, restaurants and Averio's best places of interest. Our stay here in Aveiro was great. The room was amazing. Equipped to stay for weeks. The kitchen had everything you could want. The room was very modern and had a great view. Only downside is that you are right above a main road. The first night was very quiet but the second had a lot of motorcycles. I would definitely stay her again. It’s a beautiful room. In great location.

This is an excellent property, bigger than a hotel, with more amenities, and so close to everything. We could walk where we wanted and always felt safe when we got home late. The staff was super friendly and communication was perfect. We will be coming back here when we stay I Aveiro!
